All our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, ensuring exclusivity and personalized attention to detail. Production begins only after your order is confirmed.

1.2 Production & Dispatch Timeline

Processing Time: 21–28 working days (from order confirmation to dispatch).

Reason: Each item is carefully crafted, quality-checked, and packaged before shipping.

1.3 Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we allow cancellations under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

How to Cancel:

Late Cancellations: Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Across India)

Free Shipping: Available on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Time: 5–7 working days after dispatch (excludes Sundays and holidays).

Tracking: You’ll receive an AWB (tracking number) via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

No Hidden Costs: Shipping fees are completely covered by us for domestic orders.

2.2 International Shipping

Free Shipping: On orders above INR 50,000.

Flat Fee: INR 2,000 for orders below INR 50,000.

Courier Partners: DHL or FedEx (for reliable, trackable deliveries).

Delivery Time: 10–15 working days (varies by destination).

2.3 Important Notes for International Customers

Customs & Import Duties

These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.

If duties are unpaid and the shipment is returned, no refunds will be issued.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To support any dispute claims (e.g., damaged or missing items), please record a video while unboxing.

Claims without unboxing proof may not be processed.
